It is applicable to cables used for power distribution system, control system and electrical devices of signal system of rail transit vehicles with rated voltage of 3KV and below.

3. Product use characteristics

3.1. Rated voltage: 500V, 750V, 1000V, 1500V, 3000V.

3.2. Maximum allowable working temperature of Conductor:

Maximum allowable working temperature of dceh / 3-100 series Conductor: 100 ℃.

The maximum allowable working temperature of wdz-dcyj-125 series conductor is 125 ℃.

The maximum allowable working temperature of wdz-dcyj / 2-125 series conductor is 125 ℃.

The maximum allowable working temperature of wdz-dcyj / 3-125 series conductor is 125 ℃.

3.3. The minimum bending radius of cable installation is 6 times of cable outer diameter.

3.4. Normal applicable ambient temperature of cable:

Dceh / 3-100 series cable normal use environment temperature: - 25 ℃ ~ + 100 ℃.

Wdz-dcyj-125 series cable normal use environment temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃.

Wdz-dcyj / 2-125 series cable normal use environment temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃.

Wdz-dcyj / 3-125 series cable normal use environment temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ + 125 ℃.

3.5 power frequency withstand voltage of cable: 500V voltage: 2.0kv/5min, no breakdown; 750V voltage: 3.5kv/5min, no breakdown; 1500V voltage: 6.0kv/5min, no breakdown

3000V voltage: 12.0kv/5min, no breakdown.

4. Main technical indexes of cable

4.1. Conductor structure: in accordance with GB / T 3956 conductor regulations.

4.2. Insulation material: dceh / 3-100: ethylene propylene rubber insulation, meeting the relevant requirements of GB / T 12528.

Wdz-dcyj-125, wdz-dcyj / 2-125, wdz-dcyj / 3-125: 125 degree low smoke halogen-free irradiation crosslinked polyolefin insulation, meeting the relevant requirements of GB / T 12528.

4.3. Sheath: dceh / 3-100: chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber mixture, meeting the relevant requirements of GB / T 12528.
