It is suitable for power supply connection of 8.7/10 (15) kV and below mobile and winding devices.
3. Product use characteristics
3.1. Rated voltage: 6 / 6 (10) kV, 8.7 / 10 (15) kV.
3.2. The maximum working temperature of cable conductor is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature of conductor short circuit (short circuit time is not more than 5S) is 250 ℃.
3.3. The minimum bending radius of cable installation is 15 times of cable thickness.
3.4. The normal applicable ambient temperature of the cable is - 25 ℃ ~ + 65 ℃.
3.5 power frequency withstand voltage of cable: 2.5u0/5min, no breakdown.
3.6. Partial discharge test: the partial discharge of cable under 1.73u0 voltage shall not exceed 20pc.
4. Main technical indexes of cable
4.1. Conductor structure: tinned copper conductor, in accordance with GB / T 3956, type 5 soft copper conductor.
4.2. Insulating material: the performance of the insulating rubber with ethylene propylene rubber as the base material shall meet the requirements of xj-30a type in GB / T 7594.8-1987.
4.3. Core identification: insulation coding or color yarn weaving.
4.4. Sheath: chlorinated polyethylene, in line with the relevant requirements of the enterprise standard.
