It is mainly used for the power connecting line of high mechanical stress equipment such as open-pit mining machine, shield machine, port machine, etc., with high strength, drag resistance, wear resistance and other properties.

3. Product features:

3.1. Rated voltage: 3.6/6kv, 6 / 10kV, 8.7/15kv, 12 / 20kV.

3.2. The maximum allowable working temperature of conductor is 90 ℃, and the maximum temperature of conductor in case of short circuit (the short circuit time shall not exceed 5S) is 250 ℃.

3.3. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 10 times of the outer diameter of the cable.

3.4. The normal applicable ambient temperature of the cable is - 25 ℃ ~ + 65 ℃.

3.5. The speed of cable winding shall not be greater than 120m / min.

3.6. Power frequency withstand voltage of cable: 3.5uo, no breakdown.

3.7. Partial discharge test: the partial discharge of cable under 1.73u0 voltage shall not exceed 20pc.

4. Main technical indexes of cable

4.1. Conductor structure: tinned copper, conforming to the 5th soft copper conductor of GB / T 3956.

4.2. Insulation material: the insulation of power wire core and grounding detection wire core is based on ethylene propylene rubber, and its performance shall meet the requirements of enterprise standard.

4.3. Core identification: insulation coding or color yarn weaving.

4.4. Sheath: the sheath rubber or other materials with similar performance based on neoprene shall meet the requirements of the enterprise standard.
